Do you get the flu shot for you and your child?

After hearing and seeing this YouTube video of this cheerleader is still get a flu shot for you and your child / children? I can not make my mind to it. I want my son and I to be sure whether this flu season. Here is YouTube video … http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1KnKQn7srmw

This was very unfortunate what happened to that poor girl. However, it is so rare. I already had the flu shot my son before we heard of that … and he's well. I think his greatest risk, not giving the shot of something like that happen.
